Central Mississippi Medical Center is pleased to welcome Alvaro Beltran, MD, an infectious disease practitioner, to the medical staff of Central Mississippi Medical Center and the practice of Central Mississippi Infectious Disease Associates.

Dr. Beltran obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Instituto Ciencias de la Salud — CES in Medellin, Columbia. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Infectious Diseases and Travel Medicine at the Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.
