Kim Byrd, RN, BSN at Rankin Medical Center was recently promoted to Nurse Manager for the Two South Peds unit.

Byrd has worked at Rankin Medical Center for nine years. Her most recent position has been that of Charge Nurse for Pre-Admission Testing, Ambulatory Care and the Endoscopy Department in which she began her work in 2003 until the present. She has also been a staff nurse and a nursing assistant/unit clerk.

Byrd is a 1993 honors graduate of Brandon High School and a 1997 cum laude graduate of University of Mississippi School of Nursing.
