Gary Troutman has been named Chief Financial Officer at Wesley Medical Center. Troutman received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from McNeese State University in 1985 and received his Master of Business Administration in 2003. While working toward his MBA, Troutman was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
